Thank you for the PM Oliver. I got a message to my e-mail.
I have been a little bit busy lately, and also have recently started working for Warburton's in a bakery doing 12 hour shifts, from 6 am to pm, and then the other way around! 4 days on, but fortunately the 4 days off help me recover. Although the change of time and sleepig patterns has made my immune system weak and I am getting ill quite a bit!
I stopped posting after my boss decided not to bother getting his stolen Felt back. He was at a wedding and didn't bother.
He just bought a new bicycle and a fixie.
Well, since I have done about 40 miles in the past 3 months, it may show you that I am out ofmy cycling faze and now I ride a 600 CC motorbike.
8 months is a long time!
Oh and for anyone who remembers my marathon thread, asking for donations for the RNIB.
I didn't make it! I had diarhoe and tried, but I fainted at only 8 miles. I got up to 20 in training! So I was gutted and still am.
My boss who had his bicycle stolen made it! 6 hours nearly! However we raised 1500 for a low vision charity. I worked for him in his Opticians.
Oh and i just had a thought of my first thread here about when I first got my biccle and rode from Stoke Newington to Tower Bridge.
You guys who posted and were happy from reading it, has just made me feel warm inside! It was quite a shock to me how many lovely responses there were.
As for the rules of this game, it's up to you guys since it is everyone that participates that make it what it is. Although the old and new location should be done in one post I would suggest, and I also feel that it isn't a problem to take a new location before you get to the last posters tag. Plus we wouldn't really find out what was taken when unless you have had a hair cut or your bike changes colour! :p
I hope you all enjoy it, get to loads of locations, let's say 100! Heck maybe one rider can attempt to do all 100 or whatever it is in a few years! Depending how successful this is.
Well, perhaps I will be back sometime soon, or a few months, or pass away, so a take care from me folks and ride safe.
