With an ahead stem, I don't know quite how much it matters, I have some black drops (nothing special) you can have if you need drops for the track. They are road bars, but would do for the interim...

That could be cool, would you be willing to swap for some cut down risers?

I need to try and re arrange my shifts at work, I'm well keen to get on the track!
