Open pros are very solid. Not many rims would let you get away with an accidental 160 PSI. Check for burrs, badly installed rim tape etc. But it could have just been pinched on instalation. Easy to do.

Initially assumed I had just pinched it as it was a brand new rim, no burrs and put on the rim tape myself..
Since I have had other (lower pressure) tyres in and had no problems.. One of life's little mysteries I guess.
