You can see it becoming one though can't you... Ticket exchange opens two weeks before the main event, you can only buy via Visa, no time to get one etc... :)
Why wouldn't they send you an email saying "you can buy any of these ten tickets, which ones do you want", then reoffer the rest. Why put all the risk onto the customer?
(edit, I guess tracking which tickets they've shifted is way simpler this way)
