Ben sometimes the eagerness to get back on the road makes the best of us stupid.

this is indeed true and therefore propose that people note:

• it's not a race or pacey club ride
  
• backstops are there to ensure sure you don't get lost
  
• those ahead will sit up and give you chance to catch up
  
  

That said I've been lucky so far but fully expect to one day set off and have my wheel fall off immediately...
