  • That is apalling customer service, for a company like theirs they can't just eat a small loss and keep the customers goodwill intact based on a promise they'd already made and would rather just fob you off and save a few bucks and risk damaging their precious brand image. shocking.

    I'm not happy. Totally put off them now. And what was a terribly thoughtful present from my other half is now all ballsed-up, which is a bit crap for her.
