I returned my Torm T5 because the stitching went on the collar and they only had T6's to replace. These were not to my taste and then the Rapha Gods had a half price sale, so for a few extra pounds I got an upgrade.
The first one arrived and there was a massive snag on the back. Replacement quickly enough, second one, stitching went in exactly the same place as the T5. Exactly. Return and replace, quickly enough but I'm not sure the stitching is great.
Customer service was fantastic though, got personal service from the same bloke and an explanation they have stopped using the old supplier because of the quality.
