Just got back from the first run around the park. legs/ankles hurt like a bitch. I managed to do 55 minutes of mixed running/walking but the shoe situation isn't great.
Its hard work though! You get a bit cocky cycling 20 miles a day thinking you could easily be in the sas... Running for ten minutes quickly reminds you maybe not.
