If so I downloaded 'Angels'-a bit disappointed tbh... footage is a bit dull and I don't really like the whole (yank style) machismo of 'em but to each their own. I found I worked harder just watching TdF clips and the like on youtube and doing set plans.
Not massively experienced with the turbo so only recently discovered the joys of micro-interval training... mein gott I have never sweated so much on the turbo than with these sessions-15 min warm up zone 2, 10 mins of 15 secs full on and 15 secs zone 2, 5 mins zone 2 'recovery', repeat 2 more times, 15 mins warm down, or, another 10 mins constant zone 4/5 to max out if you haven't already then 5 mins warm down.
been doing this 2/3 times a week for the last 3 weeks and starting to see the benefit in rising speed and stamina.
