  • I finally got myself to a physio last night after on and off knee pain since january.

    He did a lot of poking about and seemed to think it stemmed from my quads being too tight.
    After sticking a bunch of needles in my muscles he showed me a few stretches to do which should help, I'm aching right now but My muscles don't feel as tight in my quads, will just have to wait and see if it helps I suppose (I've never stretched before/after a ride before)
