You've got it wrong. David's innocent, he was trying to arrange to meet as close as possible to Bethnal Green police station to save everyone else from the effort of concluding this issue.
Loic's message is a statement, attaching cowardice to David regarding the alleged incident.
David's replies can be broken into four statements.
Statement 1: "Pussies call the cops" is obviously an admission on his part regarding his cowardice when allegedly ganging up on Loic and an assurance that he, David, will call the police to rectify the matter.
Statement 2: "I will break you you" is street slang for I'll give you a break and do the decent thing.
Statement 3: "Police calling Pussy" aside from the grammatical error is a strengthening of statement 1.
Statement 4: "I will kill you" is obviously a friendly in joke or sign off between friends.
