Another thought: Is there likely to be much of the marathon setup already done the night before - finish line, etc - or can we expect to find a lot of it going on while we're riding round?
One thing that really strikes home on the video from last year is the ride over the finish line. Nice :-) I assume that's not going to be there in that form this time round...
