I mean which will make the muscle power in my legs increase more, I find standing up alot easier, but seated it's more of a struggle. (this is on fixed so same gear.)
Climbing seated feels a bit like doing leg presses, so I've been trying to stay seated as much as possible thinking I'm gaining... wondered if anyone could tell me if I'm wasting my time.
