Just recording my own recent experience of making an offer on a running auction as there has been some discussion of it in recent posts.
I am sure that the seller thought that I had made a low offer, and therefore rejected it- and ended up with a fair amount less for their item than if they had accepted my offer.
Here's a question- why does RPM think I've bought the wrong drill?
