These are the supposed numbers that you save with dedicated time trial equipment as opposed to normal road gear. The numbers are calculated for a rider over 40kms at a time of 48minutes (which I for one can't dream of doing by the way). It might be a bit oversimplified to state it like this but it does illustrate how relatively little an aero frame contributes to the overall aeroness of a bike+rider.
