As many of each frame sizes as possible so that you can stand over it, and try a frame on for size. Even just old knackered "tester" frames made up with cast off bits.
Or alternatively, a jig like Condor have, so that you can get advised on the best size frame/geometry, rather than just "Well, you look like a large, I reckon".
