I imagine the most "tactical" game would involve a cap on each individual player's total court time allowance (whatever length game divided by X number of players). Keeping track of that may be tricky though?
I think thats the obvious way to do it:
90 Minute game x 3 players = 270 minutes of player time / e.g.15 players =18minutes avg court time.
Totally exact is way too hard/impractical. Call it a maximum of e.g. 20 or 25 minutes per player. All you have to do is record the on/off times of each player. Maybe we can make an app.
Another methods could be: forced sub every minute (or so), play everyone once per game?
