just be a bike shop, with knowledgeable, friendly staff, a good mechanic, a good vibe, a willingness to make every cyclist feel welcome.....in short be unique in London, welcome the carbon roadie, the fixie skidders, the commuters, the weekend riders.....that would be amazing.
