    My mate has one. He likes it, and got it for the same reason as you. I've got the pista, which has the same tubing and again it's great. The only downside with Condor's is they are possibly a bit over-priced. But do have class.

    regarding muilt-function pocket knife, is there any recommendation to go for?...

    I've got the little juice, that I got bought as a leaving present. It has a corkscrew which is useful. It did me well around Latin America. I would have liked one of the bigger badder ones, but actually I didn't need it because I had a propper knife and usually a machete (altho I'm not saying you need one of those). One tip, I don't know if it still applies, but even with taxes I think buying from the USA was *much *cheaper.

    IMO I think you should also have a proper lock knife. They are always much nicer to use bigger and stronger. If this is for Latin AM, then I'd just get a small non-folding knife with a sheath, or a decent sized cooking knife.
