Late 1As might be 26.0, but they were 26.4 in my young day. You can't tell the clamp size from the model except for those models which were made exclusively either before or after Cinelli switched from 26.4 to 26.0
Oh, and I'm pretty sure there was a 25.4mm Grammo quill for mountain bikes.
