With those nasty handlebars you're going to be so upright that deep section aero wheels will hardly make you go any faster. Swap out the ugly bullhorns for some drops and it's fine.
Thats not really for definite. I know that if I set up a (square geometry) bike in a similar way I would be pretty stretched out and in the same kind of aero position most people would be on their road drops.
Basically, if you have short arms and fairly long legs, then that setup is aero.
