I'd look for one in London, one in Manchester, one in Birmingham, one in Cambridge and one somewhere else in the greyness of The North.
They wouldn't need to be fancy tournaments with prizes, projectors and printouts.
The UK was allocated 10 spots, why not send the 10 best UK teams to the best Euro tournament? Who cares where they're from?
