i thought i teach myself skipping like a boxer.
Day after was already feeling it in my calf muscles, but thought i better practice some more.
The good news:
I know how to skip now.
The bad news:
My calf muscles are killing me. Delayed onset muscle soreness?
Even worse, my left knee really hurts as well, ad i can hardly step on it.
Pain just below the kneecap. Tendonitis?
