I wonder if maybe we could either have a reffing thread or some kind of reffing training? I'm up for learning and have found myself in situations where I could have reffed and basically not done it because of feeling I don't know enough.
I like jono's comment above about constantly talking... That's basically the opposite of what I'd think of doing!
