If nobody should be able to judge that person because they have decided to have their face cut up then nobody should be able to make a judgement about someone that chooses to be visibly tattooed with white power symbols, someone that chooses to wear a tracksuit as opposed to a tailored suit or taken to the extreme, someone who chooses to act in a sexually inappropriate way around children.

The ability and right for one person to look at another's appearance and behavior and make a judgement of that person are fundamental to interacting with others.
