Bobshop.de was the only place I could find them, however they were very fast to ship and I got a free waterbottle, a very nice German man from bobshop.de also sourced some replacement straps for my Northwave mtb shoes for basically cost, plus postage. I have nothing but gut things to say about them.

+1 For bobshop. Only people interested in replacing the straps on my Lizards.
