Sorry to say, but that's not very light. Could be done with a R531 frame and light carbon fork.
Not that it matters a lot...

Coming from a bmxing background i'm still easily impressed with how light track/road stuff is.
That's surprising, I wouldn't have thought you could achieve that with a 531 frame, i imagine it'd be much stiffer too.

Contact Varno, he's going to be getting some 50mm crabon rims pretty soon whisc I don't think'll be too much more than Ellipses.
