I forgot to mention Evans in Kingston, everyone seems to slag them off but the staff have always been nice to me. I went in to get some spokes cut for my polo bike, only needed to replace 3 but they but me 6 so I'd have some spares for free.
Needed some help fitting a threadless headset as i only had minimal tools, they fixed it and gave me some free headset spacers.
needed help removing a bb cup on a ancient frame that I couldn't get out, they managed to remove it, again for free.
