• i don't mind that you have gone over the window. But I do think it's ridiculous that the main reason we have split division is because people mentioned the league2 took too long and games ran over. The league is hardly shorter, (by a couple of games) and no penalties are being imposed for missing fixtures. The old, "i don't think people mind, don't mention it, wink wink" is thought of as 'the spirit' where as, (without dragging up again) if i play with diff peeples because of schedule and the fact i don't want to take it seriously, it's considered 'un-spirited'.

I agree that we have ended up with a league that is a bit shorter than if we had played straight round robin (13 games in this system, as opposed to 18 if we had stuck with the old round-robin), which I also find curious, although I personally am finding the end of this part of the league absolutely nail-biting.

It's not entirely clear how many games have run over, and by how much, so it's kind of difficult to say whether lesser or greater liberties have been taken. I can only speak for our team, and say that we are currently up to date, and have only had 1 fixture completed outside of the window.

Personally, I think it's a shame that the rules on scheduling have been ignored. I really want to get the league finished before April, and the more fixtures slide, the less likely this is to happen.
