We're slowly but surely getting it all together.
I hope to be ready and submit the application end of this month or so.
Still waiting for a couple of papers to arrive by post, i.e. german police checks, stat decs etc.
Found out about the medical as well, which you can do before or after you lodged your application.
Costs around £290.
Worst part so far was reconstructing the entry and exit dates for my last 10 years of travel.
We're also gonna get married, but we want to apply before that as de-fact as I am worried about timing.
Thought it would be straight forward, but the home office spoilt the party and we had to send our passports in for a Certificate of Approval because she's here on a 5 year visa. No idea when they get that to us.
Need to be in Oz by December.
