Yep, my other half did this. She travelled for work so was a major ball ache. She missed one trip off the list, they spotted it and pulled her up on it. Luckily got away with it but from what I've heard, small mistakes can cost result in a rejected claim meaning you have to apply again AND pay the extortionate fees.
