If by over reaching you mean, buying SHITE and putting them on good wages and then falling out with the board when he realises that he's bought shite and has to buy again to cover up, and then getting sacked but making it look like he's walked out, and then leaves the club in SHITE. yeah, massively over reaches.
I notice the "Billy is a short feisty glaswegian" stories have started in the Guardian recently. This has happened before, at Derby and Preston.
