  • I've had the same thing, it all seems to just fall into sync and you feel like you can go on for miles.

    no better feeling from a run than when you start out feeling like crap and trying to talk yourself out of it, get over that hump within the first few miles, find that rhythm and end up just running for miles, when you're done you feel like you can do anything. (this however is usually a precursor to me collapsing on the sofa and inhaling lots of food to replenish my depleted energy).

    can't wait until it's light enough to go running at 6am in greenwich park again this year, such an awesome way to start the morning running through the quiet park with only a handful of other people and the squirrels for company.
