Yes it was a custom designed frame. And yes im going to try a few TT's on it this year. It will be a bit of fun.

are you building up a fleet of tandems ? and will you taking this to the track next season ?
if you need a wheezy stoker at herne hill

  • Here's mine....
before I get sniped...I know the stem needs to be lowered but this one won't drop any further so am on the lookout for one that's not quite so deep.

    *cheers to Phazergunalex btw! *

  • yeah, looks like it's got a great potential, but your current setup deprives your bike the right to be called lo-pro

  • cheers, which part of the set up do you mean?

  • bar/stem

  • true, they are kind of temporary like I mentioned, although I actually do love the set up and it is probably the most fun bike I have ever ridden!

  • I'm getting a real hankering for a lo pro.

Let me know when that hankering becomes necessity.

  • why? are you stocking some NOS Eddy Merckx Columbus MAX framesets? i'm in

  • And this is in the process of getting built up geared.. yadsyadahttp://static.lfgss.com/attachments/35792d1296944176-dscf4709.jpg

    Sick frame.

  • Where can i find a decent wheelset for a lo-pro with a 28" rear and 26" front wheel? I know where to find a H+Son set. But it's pretty pricey and deep v's like that aren't very classic looking...

  • Well, you can search for '650c' here on the forum, for a start..
Mavic Mach 2 / Open Pro or something alike.

  • Old one, posted a while back....now written off due to collision

New one....hopefully to remain collision free.

  • Very nice.

  • that's a bloody good idea!
