Haven't been in for a nearly a year, bought a pair of their double clips and deluxe straps. Happy with the product but found Jan to be a bit sarcastic, telling me I'd need new pedals as well(walked in with my lht with flats and Jols), told him it was for another bike to replace a worn pair and was given a withering look.
My gf bought a lovely Cilo road frame and a pair of Rossin forks from him, when we got it home I looked down the fork steerer and saw there was a stem wedge stuck in the steerer. I rode straight back down there, spoke with a girl with shortish blonde hair(i think) who said no worries, it's happened before, hands it to Jan who then accused me of getting it stuck in there(we'd bought it less than an hour ago, I hadn't even fitted a headset cup yet). He then said to go for a coffee and when I got back 10mins later they were going at it with a drill and sledgehammer. Not impressed.
They killed the fork in the end and I ended up with a new blb track fork.
Sure joeslain was in there at the time and we had a chuckle about it.
It's just not worth the effort, never found it to be a welcoming shop compared to most.
