we have quite a lot of stuff to discuss/argue/sulk/ignore ...

Can we have a meeting this week sometime ? Tues wed thurs fri evening ? Or sunday after POLO ?

       What and who is going to sort out the bogs , and food , and sleeping arrangements
       Format , times , reffing , rules ,etc
       ***Prizes , badges, posters, t-shirts*** , balls , ***spoke cards*** , scoreboards and ***trophy***

   there were a couple of under 18's wanting to join in the other day , can we talk about this

There's quite a few things in there that the sooner we discuss the better, anything that needs making, delivering or printing. I'd prefer Tuesday for an hour before/after polo or Wednesday.
