"We want a self-motivated, hands-on manager with direct experience of working in a fast paced environment and a demonstrable track record of deploying staff in various locations. The successful candidate will be expected to manage teams to deliver and exceed targets set through contracts and KPI’s."
I know it's an important job to get right, it just sounds so soulless.
