He's wrong though, Joe. First of all there's a level of teams who've consistently won the domestic League, which doesn't include Chelsea.

There's a level of teams who've won the European Cup/Champions League, then a level above that of teams who've regularly won that competition. Chelsea aren't in that group either (neither are Arsenal before anyone tells me that).

I'd say you have Barcelona on a level on their own at the moment

Then you have the Real, Inter, Man U, maybe Bayern.

And then get have Chelsea, City, and various others, I'd say.
