Moderators (requests and notices)

Personally, I think this is the kind of thing that Admin should use their rights and email everyone with - we need as much support as we can muster and it isn't something than should be 'lost' in amongst the 'noise' of the forum

He has already - belt and braces is good though as it's so important.
