If we're after £700 boxed wheels, the WH-7850-C24-CL would be my first choice, under 1400g and with better aerodynamics than either Fulcrum Zero or hand built 28-spoke Kinlins.

I'm on the out jury on those. Joining carbon to Al rims etc. Fulcrums are bomb-proof. And not Shimano of course.
