If we're after £700 boxed wheels, the WH-7850-C24-CL would be my first choice, under 1400g and with better aerodynamics than either Fulcrum Zero or hand built 28-spoke Kinlins.

I would not be surprised if my maths had gone wrong, but I had my theoretical build at approx £500, what have I missed that adds £200 on?
