They don't have to be clinchers, but I think it probably wise to choose them for ease of p_nctr repair. I'm willing to consider tubs for the right wheels however.
Budget is as close as I can get to £400, but willing to increase that for the right set of wheels.
For example I'd not buy those complete wheels from Posh Bikes, I'd buy the bits and get the Ginger One to build them as a) Jim builds awesome wheels and b) it'll save a bit of cash.
In other news my Sram Force shifters and mechs arrived today.
