Good question. I know that brand new Pashley Guvnors have been allowed entry in the past, so it's difficult to say whether vintage drive train is necessary on a vintage-looking frame...
On the housekeeping front, I assume that 'pectorals' means badges? And, in order to obtain one's pectorals, one needs to present, amongst other things, a copy of the entry form even if it was completed online. I didn't print off a copy. Did you all retain a hardcopy?
