I can probably do it using the top one if you want.
Materials I'll need:
1x lever
2x the little metal cage which holds the cable end and pivots (I'll take a photo of these when I get home as I'm not sure of the name).
1x Odyssey London Mod
1x Machine screw to attach London Mod to lever end (where the barrel adjuster used to be), not sure what size you'll need but my lever used M7.
My method will give you super smooth braking so no hand strain, the only disadvantage is it's a bit of a pain to find the pivoting metal cages (I had to trash a brand new lever to get an additional one).
