  • My carlves a currently fecked. I do a Sunday run of about 16 Km. At around 13 Km there's a 418 step climb up a mountain, the top half of which I have to walk. This Sunday some guy was running up behind me and I decided to challenge myself to stay infront. Nearly had a heart attack at the top. But continued running the last 3 Km.

    I have now been deeply afraid of steps all week.
