  • You need to establish root cause then overcome this.

    Taping or compressing the injury is just masking (excuse the pun) symptoms and storing up trouble for down the line.

    This (treating the symptom not the cause) had occurred to me.

    I think the cause is that I overdid it, but how long do I have to wait to be able to go back to running?
