I think with more classic styled wheels (like open pros or VO box rims on any silver hubs), silver bars and a quill stem (or just silver a-head stem), and black leather tape to match the saddle, it would look much better. Or maybe it needs a dash of colour in there - perhaps blue tape and blue lug-lining.
