I know it's your bike, and I'm sure you like it, but Wayne, you've really fucked that up.

What on earth possessed you to paint over the rear stays and the forks?

I didnt paint it Bob Jacksons in leeds did a full strip down and respray, the chrome was knackered, worn through on the rear stays to to metal and falling off under the bottom bracket!! , you can't see it as the pic isnt up close, Jacksons said it may be able to repair the front folks but it would have cost a fortune, absolutely, there were more spots of damage to it than a teenagers face!!

I love it and in the end thats all that counts Jacksons did an incredible spray job, the Chrome as I say was completely gone and had holes through to the steel

and in the end you have to do what your wallet tells you, id rather have a nice looking frame than look at rotting chrome any day of the week ,
