It does just seem like he's spamming, and he has definitely broken the rules (albeit through the back door), but I think this is more about lack of forum experience than deliberately breaking the rules. Plus what he offers may well be of interest if his prices are right.
Is there anything else we can do to encourage him along the path to enlightenment?
