Another +1 for recommending cycle training...my daft fears of being told I'm a shit cyclist were totally unfounded. And like others have said, I've been cycling for most of my life and cycling in traffic from a pretty early age but I still learnt loads but fairly straightforward, obvious stuff that is just good common sense. Unless you've ever had training though, I guess you just pick up habits from people who taught you to ride, from other cyclists etc?
But yeah, highly recommended - taught at a good pace, by a couple of very nice, well informed guys...kept meaning to ask if one was on here but was horribly hungover and mostly trying to concentrate on not wobbling around too much!
